• Campaign and analytics data: retained per platform-specific defaults (currently 14 months in Google Analytics 4; Google Ads data follows its own 18-month default)

• Billing records: retained for 7 years to comply with IRS recordkeeping and audit-period requirements

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Specific measures we use include: restricting access to personal information to authorized personnel within our company's workspace environment; storing data in access-controlled documents that are not publicly shared; and relying on our cloud storage provider's built-in encryption of data in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share this information with third parties outside the scope described in this policy.
